I knew the second I saw this recipe for Bacon-Wrapped Eggs with Polenta on bonapptetit.com I haaaaad to make it. It legitimately is made up of three of my favorite things: bacon (duh), eggs, and polenta. Off to the grocery store I went. And ummmm yeah… just as delicious as I thought it would be and beyond simple to make!
