Deanna came over for dinner tonight!
After quite some time discussing what we were going to make and then changing our minds, we finally decided to make pizza and sip some wine! Such a great idea and a great way to catch up after not seeing each other for a while. So after work tonight I stopped by Bertucci’s to pick up some pizza dough and sauce (SO inexpensive and probably several times better than store bought) then went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of toppings.
We each made our own and put them in for about 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees because we wanted a crunchier crust.
Dea made garlic bread and a great salad with apples, mozzarella, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing:

Bertucci’s dough is the best! Next time I make a pizza im definitely going to use this tip. I wonder if you could make rolls as good as theirs too…
I didn’t even realize they sold their dough! I miss Bertucci’s, their brick oven pizza is good.
