A few of us girls gathered this weekend to celebrate Sues’ birthday a couple days early!
Katie and I started the night off by hosting everyone at our apartment. I made a white bean dip with prosciutto, parsley and garlic, along with some homemade pita chips. Katie made a salad with mixed greens, halved grapes and feta (with a red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing). We ordered some pizza from Upper Crust (since it’s probably some of the best pizza in the city!), and Sara provided cupcakes and a giant cupcake cake from Sweet. mmm, mouth is watering.
Good food and wine, fantastic friends, lovely gifts, and obviously great conversation (especially the one about the original SNICK and TGIF lineups…yeah, we’re getting old. sheesh!)
