do you pulse the bacon with the goat cheese and other ingredients or???? I don’t see the bacon being added in the recipe.

I just made these. They came out pretty good. The salty bacon was like a little prize inside each of them. I had some roasted asparagus on the side.

Your recipe was a little hard to follow though. I don’t have a food processor so I had to make do. Plus I used dry breadcrumbs instead of sandwich bread.

I forgot to say thank you. I borrowed your recipe for the mushrooms as I was assigned "appetizer" for a recent party, and just knew I would find something good here.

Instead I found something GREAT! They weren't as pretty as yours, but they sure tasted great.

Mushrooms are one of my favorites and then you take them and stuff them with bacon and cheese…mmm… They look so good!
