In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I’ve posted over at the Mushroom Channel! You can probably tell we’re pretty obsessed with mushrooms here at We are not Martha since we cook with them over and over again. So it wasn’t very difficult for me to come up with a mushroom-related post for the Mushroom Channel. Actually, the first thing that came to my mind was mushroom quesadillas. And then I realized it was Cinco de Mayo. How perfect!
