This sounds like a truly unbelievable experience. If I had the opportunity, I think I would ask Eric Ripert to cook for me. I love him!! He has the best accent, his food always looks amazing and every time I see him on Top Chef, I run to look up the menu at Le Bernadin - over and over again. I've actually sadly never eaten there but hope to soon! So amazing!!! This sounds like a truly unbelievable experience.
