So glad to hear a young person is listening to and enjoying Dave Brubeck…Did you know that “back in the day” I was a HUGE fan of him and his music? I have seen him in concert on several occasions and he is even more amazing in person. You have brought back great memories for me, Chels…As a novice cook, I too had Dave playing in the background, inspiring me.
Oh yes, I also LOVE Asian chicken wraps…your recipe sounds wonderful…did you ever have them at The Cheesecake Factory?? They are my favorite!
