I’m addicted to my food processor. I use it for EVERYTHING. I think it actually sees more action than my kitchenaid mixer.

Yum! Sweet potatoes are so good, especially in the winter. I wouldn’t think to keep the skin on though…interesting!

so the other day i threw out three sweet potatoes because they had gone bad. if only i had thought of this recipe a little sooner- to use with my matching food processor to yours! so there’s a setting on there that slices them like that? i need to look at mine closely! i haven’t checked it out since christmas!
