I love these as well – they are great for making breakfast sandwiches. I had one last week with canadian bacon, egg white, and a slice of cheese. This morning I had one with Egg White, Turkey Bacon, Sliced Avocado, and Tomato!

I’ll have to try this recipe soon – looks delish!

Your blog is one of my new faves to pick up recipe ideas because they’re usually so practical, simple and delicious! The dark chocolate-raspberry muffins were good too (I’m about to make another batch) but will be trying this one next!

I love the deli flats! I use them in place of english muffins or bagels in the morning too! they work great for egg sandwiches!
