I'm a huge L'Espalier fan - if you want a real treat some time, and have an urge to splurge, I *highly* recommend booking the Chef's table in the kitchen. You will be treated to a "tasting journey" based on your preferences, and while you make your way thru all those awesome courses, you get to watch the amazing kitchen in action. And I agree about Jiho Kim - he made us dessert tableside the night we did the Chef's table and it was over-the-top great! This sounds like so much fun. We ate at Wine Monday (which I thoroughly recommend) and the service and food were outstanding. I made my boyfriend check out the bathroom too I was so impressed by it. We can't wait to go back!
