That looks fantastic. I love the idea of putting it on a croissant because they add so much flavor and are jus all together yummy. Your dad looks way too young to be your dad, btw.

Ah Chels, this is seriously one of your bessst looking sandwiches. Okay the bacon and avocado ones always look pretty damn good, but the cheese and steak inside a buttery croissant. I can only imagine…
