I have made it so many times and have added red pepper & black olives (because I like all the pretty colors!) finely chopped to it - and brush my pita bread with olive oil and sprinkle with some Penzey's Greek seasoning before I bake them. Making a batch for this weekend! She said to make sure your bedroom was set up first so that when you're unpacking and lose track of time, you won't have to set up a bedroom at 3:00 a.m.!!! Good luck. Second if you can make small trips try and take things out of your closet still on the hangers in groups, by doing this your not packing up your whole closet to unpack it again, I did this and all of my clothes were "unpacked" before anything else was set up, it's one more task that won't need to be tackled later. When you come across things you think you may need during the moving process and the unpacking progress (scissors, advil, a dish rag, a note pad and pen, your extra cell phone charger, etc.) or things that are breakable/super special to you/extremely awkward to pack, add it to the laundry basket. (i also pack a laundry basket for solor road trips - I keep it in the front seat and it holds everything I may need for the drive, plus a little more. i love a laundry basket.)
