The past few days I’ve had the biggest craving for eggs benedict. So when I woke up this morning I haaaad to have it. The roomie and I went down the street to The Fireplace in Brookline. I’ve had brunch there before (I got their Crispy corn waffles with rum, bananas, brown sugar & apple cider syrup… which was terrific) and I remember Sues raving about their eggs benedict. Had.to.go.
It was an explosion of flavors and I absolutely loved the creaminess off the eggs. I ordered it with bacon instead of ham… (obviously), but the next time I go I’d love to try it with the ham, too!
This is one of my favorite local restaurants… it’s so cozy and it’s a perfect way to end the weekend!
